Ok Bad Terms & Conditions – What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms

Ok bad (okbad.net) is an online betting and gaming platform operating for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between ok bad and all users of its platform.

By accessing ok bad through its website, mobile app, or any other digital channel, you automatically agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using ok bad.

Ok bad reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via their registered email or through platform notifications.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with ok bad, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• All information provided in the registration form must be truthful and accurate.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• After registration, you may be required to submit supporting documents for verification purposes.

Ok bad may request a national ID, birth certificate, or other government-issued document for verification at any time. Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension.

Your account password is strictly personal. Do not share it with anyone. ok bad will not be held responsible for any loss caused by another person accessing your account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on ok bad:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 BDT. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank) may be used.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 business hours.
• Unusually large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification.

Ok bad strictly adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. If a suspicious transaction is identified, the account will be temporarily frozen pending investigation.

4 Betting Rules

There are a few ground rules you need to follow when betting on ok bad:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, though the cash-out option may be used if available.
• Ok bad reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market at any time and for any reason.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

Ok bad considers the decisions of official national and international sports authorities to be final in determining the outcome of all bets. If a match result is later changed (e.g., due to a match being refixed), ok bad will settle bets accordingly.

The minimum bet is ৳20 and the maximum bet varies by market. ok bad may adjust the betting limits of any user under special circumstances.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Ok bad regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the promotions page. General bonus terms are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: Applies to the first deposit, with a 10x wagering requirement.
• Reload Bonus: Available on specific days each week, with an 8x wagering requirement.
• Accumulator Bonus: 5% to 20% bonus on accumulators with 3+ selections.
• Free Bet: Awarded subject to specific conditions; the value of the free bet will be deducted from any winnings.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The bonus balance will remain locked until the wagering requirement is met.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok bad and will result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using accounts of multiple family members for bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse.
• Match fixing, use of insider information, or any fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting platform bugs or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Engaging in fraudulent conduct towards other users.
• Using ok bad for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Ok bad reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the user before the account is closed, unless the balance is found to have been obtained through fraudulent activity.

Users may also close their account at any time by contacting ok bad support. As part of our responsible gaming commitment, ok bad will honour all such requests.

8 Responsible Gaming

Ok bad takes responsible gaming seriously. We want every user to enjoy betting as entertainment, not let it become an addiction.

Ok bad provides the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per single bet.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

9 Dispute Resolution

10 Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous

Ok bad reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified before any changes take effect.

Continued use of ok bad following any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you will have the option to close your account.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. ok bad's total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the user.
